Within 45 days form the Reservation date, the purchaser shall be enter into the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PSA) with deposit 20% of the land price (including the Reservation money)
Installment
The rest of the land price will be paid at the date of transferring of the land.
in case the construction has been made prior the Transferring date, the Purchaser needs to pay installment not less than 50% prior constructing
Transferring
The Purchaser shall make payment the total price of the land to Seller at the transferring date.
Cost and expense of transferring shall be paid by seller solely (at the government appraisal price). In case that the purchaser would like to declare the price over the government appraisal price, the purchase shall be paid additional cost and expense of transferring.
